How dumb are people? Kellogg's All-Bran?

All-Bran Recipes : Kellogg's All-Bran

In the UK, a staggering 8 in 10 of us don’t eat enough fibre!

The average intake is around 13g/day compared to the Guideline Daily Amount (GDA) of 25g/day which means most of us in the UK are deficient! Fibre is important for many reasons and is essential for a healthy functioning digestive system.

Kelloggs then helpfully provide a recipe that includes All Bran- Thanks guys!

How freakin dumb are people? Kelloggs tell us it's hard to get enough fibre - IT's NOT HARD you just gotta eat your freaking fruit and vegetables you morons, meat doesn't have fibre, neither do doughnuts, neither does milk so if you are eating at McDonalds all the time no wonder you are more likely to get colon cancer!

For all you really stupid people who still eat at McDonalds and don't eat enough fruit and vegetables well hey! Hooray you are saved! Kelloggs have the solution for you.(sic)

They take all the waste wheat fibre left over from all that refined plantfood you've been eating such as white bread, doughnuts, biscuits, pasta, pancakes and then they mix it with sugar and sell it back to you, well everyone hates waste yeah?

So do you need waste fibre made into a cereal mixed with 21% sugar , refined sugar, malt extract and dextrose? (see here for ingredients)

No No No Muppet! You need more broccoli , more kale, more peas, more beans, more red cabbage, more porridge, more wholemeal bread, more buckwheat pasta, more nuts and seeds, more apples, more cherries, more papaya more brown basmati rice.

Both sugar, and in a lot of people, skimmed milk powder (lactose is another sweetener) will help block you up not unlock your bowels.

You wanna get your guts moving? Eat plants! Drink Water ! Sheeeeeeze!

Or you could just make a nice pancake with white flour and Allbran (made with where all the brown bits from the flour ended up)

Or you could just make a pancake with wholemeal flour and fill it with berries, then you'd not just have fibre but a whole heap of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants too.
